The original motion picture soundtrack to Who's Watching brings together the music of filmmaker and composer Tim Kasher, featuring tracks from the film's fictional metal band Toxic Cock Syndrome, selections from the original score and a new song by Cursive. Released by 15 Passenger Records, this soundtrack captures the unsettling atmosphere of the psychological horror thriller.

The soundtrack opens with the aggressive and deliberately abrasive songs of Toxic Cock Syndrome, the fictional metal band featured in the film. These tracks reflect the disturbed protagonist's world, bringing an intense and chaotic energy to the collection. The music was performed by Tim Kasher alongside members of Radkey and other musicians.

The second side shifts into the film's original score, featuring five atmospheric instrumentals composed by Kasher. Eerie, evocative and occasionally unexpectedly beautiful, these pieces create a striking contrast with the band's raw metal sound. The album concludes with “Wounded Animal”, a new song by Cursive that builds into a powerful closing statement.

Pressed on opaque red vinyl, this 13-track soundtrack is a distinctive release for fans of Cursive, Tim Kasher, alternative rock and contemporary film music.
