Een pre-order product is een product dat nog geproduceerd moet worden. Na aankoop ontvang je dit product dus niet direct. Wij streven ernaar om deze op de Releasedatum te versturen. Deze kunt u vinden op de productpagina. Houd er rekening mee dat productieprocessen altijd vertraging kunnen oplopen, daarom geldt deze Releasedatum als richtlijn.
Als u een bestelling plaatst die zowel pre-order artikelen als artikelen op voorraad bevat, wordt uw volledige bestelling verzonden op de laatste pre-orderdatum van alle vooraf bestelde artikelen. Wilt u niet wachten, plaats dan aparte bestellingen. Bij pre-order artikelen staat een (verwachte) releasedatum vermeld op de productpagina. We verzenden deze items doorgaans enkele dagen vóór de releasedatum om ervoor te zorgen dat u de plaat op (of zo dicht mogelijk bij) de releasedatum ontvangt.
Vinyl is een delicaat materiaal en elke persing is uniek. Dit betekent dat sommige producten er in het echt enigszins anders uit kunnen zien dan de afbeeldingen op onze website. Om onze producten zo goed mogelijk weer te geven, maken wij mock-ups. Niettemin kunnen we vanwege het kenmerkende persproces van deze items niet garanderen dat ze er precies hetzelfde uitzien als afgebeeld. Er kunnen kleurafwijkingen voorkomen, dus houd hier rekening mee als u bij ons winkelt. Hoewel uw product enigszins kan afwijken van de afbeelding op onze website, betekent dit ook dat u in het bezit bent van een werkelijk uniek, zeer zeldzaam exemplaar!
